Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and the findings are yours whether you engage us or not. We do it because reading a practice’s claims is the only honest way to say what we could change, and because roughly a third of the time the answer is that the billing is already fine.
What do you need from us?
Usually ninety days of claims and remittance data out of your practice management system. We will tell you which export and walk your staff through it. It takes about twenty minutes of somebody’s time.
Do we have to change software?
No. We work inside the practice management system you already use. There is nothing to migrate and no new license to buy.
How quickly can you start?
Once a BAA is signed and access is arranged, the submission side changes in the first billing cycle. Aged accounts receivable takes longer, because old claims move at the payer’s pace and not ours.
What does it cost if we go ahead?
Billing starts at 3.49% of collections. Full revenue cycle, including coding and denials, starts at 4.49%. It is a percentage of what we actually collect, so if the money does not come in we are not paid on it either.
